Message:   That's the best truck story I've ever read and what a happy ending!

I traveled in my work for many years and drove my '67 Town Wagon back and forth across country many times, from California to Florida etc. Time after time the Cali plates had folk's jaws drop, "You drove THAT all the way here?!! You do it all the time?!!!"

"Yeah, it's a Dodge."

The one paragraph about Mike's father having owned the same model of truck etc. tells me it couldn't possibly get a home with more appreciation and love attached, just doesn't get any better.

Thanks for sharing a great journey.
