Message:   Tires, maybe marginally. Parts, probably just poor maintenance as it puts no added strain on the rear and the front, while turning, doesn't turn under as much load as much as the rear.
In Hi, the 203 only puts power to the front when the rear is slipping, so it's essentially "open", but turning, that's why John noticed no difference when he installed the Mile Marker Kit.
There was a lot of mis-information and a lot of not clearly understanding how the 203 really worked.
I liked mine, but I like the NV242 better, as it gives users the option of conventional 2WD, Full Time 4WD, Part Time 4WD and low range.
