Message:   Since that is a Dana you can just change the ring and pinion with a million options out there.
Someone on the forum, or a store like Summit or Randy's Ring & Pinion, that is having a free shipping special would be your best best!
3.73 might be a good ratio for you. You'll need to know the carrier "break" because after a certain ratio you have to change the carrier too, a good tech line will know what that Dana 60 takes, you'll need to know the spline count as the early axles had a different spline count than the newer axles.
