Message:   Insofar as "getting it home", If it is froze beyond freeing it up, you will need to disassemble it at the brake shoe area.

Disassembling shoe, and it's pressure with hand tools would be preferred by most.

If you must get it home in a hurry you might do moderate cutting within, or near to the (shoe area)linkage itself.
