Message:   A friend of mine just loaned me a book he got at christmas titled [american dream cars 60 years of the best concept vehicles]. In the dodge section it shows two sweptline area trucks I've never seen before. One is a 1968 pickup called the Scat Packer. It has a 8' sweptline bed with Bumble-bee stripes on the rear fenders between the wheelwell and back bumper and deep dish chrome wheels. The other one is a 1962 D-400 or 500 box truck called the Turbo Power Giant. The info states it had a gas turbine power plant with a loadflite trans. The picture shows lots chrome on the on front end. Real cool stuff.
