Message:   Can I join in the debate? Simple. If your rear end is in good working order, wether Dana 60 or 8.75 stay with it. However, An advantage with the 8.75 that no one yet has brought out is the ease in swapping gears if desired. Example. My D100 will be 392 hemi powered in the future. When I swap the motor, I will also change gears from the 3.91s in her now to more gas friendly 3.55s. The big hemi will have plenty of torque to pull a trailer with the smaller 3.55 gears. I can make this swap in an hour easy in my own garage. I couldnt do that with a DANA. And yes, I trust the 8.75 will handle all of the hemi in front of it. If it doesnt, Ill let you know.
