Message:   Driveline operating angles should not exceed 3 degrees. Lifted vehicles often exceed this amount and often driveline vibration occures as a result. Changing transfer cases, etc, will not remedy the situation. It sounds like you need a CV joint on the driveline or a re-alingment of your drivetrain, to remove that vibration.
All main shafts should be within 1 degree of parallel, that is, motor, trans, transfer case, and differentials, should ALL be parallel with the crank centerline. Check out the relationships between these components, one or more may be the culprit and a simple shiming of the rear differential or a dropping or change of the transfer case angle to bring it into compliance may be the fix.
