Message:   First off, the vibration should be isolated and the cause determined, before progressing into a project that may not be related. It would be a shame to spend time and money and STILL have a vibration when you are finished.
Starting in 1975, Dodge transfer cases were married and have been ever since, so any transfer case from those years to 1993 will work. In 1994 the Ram switched differential sides and the front output will be wrong. You would have to decide if you want a full time case NP203 or a part time case NP205. There are also NP208's with a lower range 2.61:1 but a lighter duty case and chain, and NP241, also with chain and lighter duty, but unlike the NP203, they can be used with hubs.
The 727's have a short shaft that can be adapter to nearly every 727, BUT the married cases and autos have a use specific adapter that also doubles as a mount. I don't have a picture of a Dodge unit, but here is one from a gm to NP205.

NP 205 Auto/married adapters

Lastly, for a BB tranny with short shaft, you have to find a '75 to '78 W truck as those are the only years with a BB and auto.
